Fashion in Context:
presentation and display, audience and engagement

Over recent years, an increasing number of fashion exhibitions have been mounted internationally, in both traditional and more experimental formats. Radical designers have used the catwalk as theatre, raising new questions about display and response to fashion in different contexts. A completely new audience has emerged, one that reflects a hunger to be engaged in a more experimental and innovative way with fashion and design. How will this impact the fashion industry?
